04/07/2008   *Special Event* Transducer recently played a concert fundraiser at Burnin Burro Studios in Lievermore with all 		     proceeds going to the Spina Bifida Foundation to purchase a wheel chair van for Marjorie Saraiva. Some of her 	     	     favorite artists volunteered to perform.  Webcast on Hotmix106.com and also featuring 4 other bands. Transducer 		     played a succsessful set showcasing some of the new material from there forthcoming CD "Jawbreaker".

02/10/2007   The gig at Blakes was incredible and the band would like to thank Blakes, Bleed the Day, and A Band Called Pain 		     for making the gig a rainy but successful rocking event!  Thanks to Extreme Guitar Randy for coming through on 	     	     those carefully carved bass guitars.

10/20/2006   The band is currently working on new material in preparation for their next CD release.  Working titles include We Suffer,
	     Obnoxious, Chasing The Sun, Under Toe, Survive, Jawbreaker, and Exposure.  The band has never sounded better and
	     expecting to try new techniques in recording as well as available new technologies.

09/17/2006   Despite some initial tehcnical difficulties the 1st Annual Indian Summer Festival
	     was a smashing success.  Special thanks to all the bands who tolerated the heat
	     and all those who helped support this charity event!  Looking forward to everyone's
	     participation next year.

05/20/2006   THE SHOW AT ROOSTERS ROADHOUSE WAS ONE FULL OF ENERGY AND
	     MUSICIANSHIP THROUGH AND THROUGH. TRANSDUCER OPENED THE
	     EVENING WITH A 40 MINUTE SET CONSISTING OF SONGS FROM
	     THERE FINDING HOME ALBUM.THE SET WAS HARD HITTING AND
	     MELODIC AT THE SAMETIME. VOCALIST VIC URBINA BELTED OUT
	     HIS LYRICS THAT WERE CRISP AND PRECISE WHILE GARY PEDRO
	     TORE UP THE STAGE WITH HIS JAW DROPPING LEADS AND SOLOS.
	     NATHAN BECKER BROUGHT TO THE EVENING HIS BLUES STYLE GUITAR
	     PLAYING ACCENTED WITH HIS COMPLEMENTING BACKING VOCALS.
	     JADON FIGUERIDO BROUGHT THE LOW END TO THE TABLE WITH HIS
	     MASSIVE DRUM SOUND THAT POUNDED YOUR CHEST LIKE A
	     SLEDGEHAMMER (THANKS TO THE GREAT ENGINEERING OF BOB) AND
	     A BRIEF DRUM SOLO IN THE MIDDLE OF BIPOLAR.  STEVE OWEN
	     THREW DOWN HIS BASS PARTS WITH EASE. NEXT UP WAS XRPM
	     WITH THERE ALL FAMILIAR STAGE ANTICS YET THE MUSIC WAS
	     RIGHT ON AND THERE NEW DRUMMER KICKED SERIOUS BUTT EVEN
	     THOUGH HE WAS SUFFERING FROM BACK PAIN. THERE BASS PLAYER
	     SLAPPED THAT BASS HARD WITH A SOUND THAT WAS A PLEASURE
	     TO LISTEN TO. AARON THE GUTARIST SHREDED THE PLACE WITH HIS
	     DIMEBAG ESQ. STYLE WHILE THE GIRLS BELTED OUT THERE LYRICS.
	     NASTY HABITS BROUGHT THE ROOF DOWN WITH THERE HEAVY AND
	     CATCHY SOUND. THERE VOCALIST WAS ABLE TO CUT RIGHT THROUGH
	     THE MUSIC WHILE STILL BEING ABLE TO PLAY ALL IF NOT MOST OF
	     THE GUITAR LEADS, AMAZING!!! LAST BUT DEFINITELY NOT LEAST
	     BLUE HAIL ROCKED ON FASTER AND HEAVIER THAN EVER. THE TWO
	     GUITARTISTS BLENDED THERE SOUNDS PERFECTLY. THE WHOLE NIGHT
	     WAS FULL OF ENERGY AND A GREAT CROWD AS WELL. UNTIL NEXT
	     TIME…………..

05/13/2006 - Last night's gig proved to be another fine discourse in bay area rock.  Opening
	     act "Solomon" rocked the house in typical heavy handed fashion.  Then Indie rockers
	     "Sinclair" gave their brand of cool reggae and soaring vocals.  Equally rockin
	     was Vallejo's own "SAP" as lead vocalist Nathan Sloan put every word to the test
	     vocally....and the crowd rocked on!  As usual, Transducer brought their unique tuneful
	     jams to bear on the diverse late night hard core rockers culminating in a one off
	     instrumental of Zepplin's Immigrant Song.  The band is lookin forward to their next
	     gig at Rooster's....

04/29/2006 - News Flash!....Transducer is currently wokring on their next CD and the first
             four songs out are tentatively titled, "We Suffer, Obnoxious, Expose, and
             Jawbreaker.  The band is thinking of producing an EP to keep up with the fan's
             demand of more new music.  Look for new dates in the bay area to come out and
             support the band!

12/26/2005 - Jagermeister and 107.7 The Bone presents KICKING K8 with supporting act
             TRANSDUCER (and others TBA) February 11th at Pine St. in Livermore. Kicking K8 is
             currently on tour and sharing the stage with Disturbed. TRANSDUCER looks forward

11/30/2005 - Transducer’s Debut album “Finding Home” will be released on January 22nd at their
             cd release party at The Gaslighter in Campbell (www.gaslighter.com) Transducer is 
             planning on playing an exceptionally long set consisting of the fourteen songs
             from the album as well as others. We are working on providing some Transducer fans
             with a free copy at the door.  Solomon and guests (announced at a later time)
             will be sharing the stage rocking out their originals as well as some new tunes.
             Look forward to a full arsenal of rockdubious notes and thunderous beats
             penetrating the air waves for your rockatious addictions.

11/11/2005 - It’s confirmed! The following line up for Dec. 2 @ Pine St. in Livermore is 
             SWAYBONE, FINDING MERCURY and of coarse TRANSDUCER. As usual a live audio 
             recording of Transducer’s set will take place and a selection of the set will be
             available for download on the site. Unfortunately Nathan Becker will not be able
             to make the evening however the band is still prepared to ROCK! Get ready for an
             explosion of improvisational jams, Mind spinning guitar leads, a lyrical
             mastermind, thunderous drums and the bass thumpin your face!!!
